When exactly does GloriaFood shut down?

Oracle has announced GloriaFood will be retired on April 30, 2027. Ordering widgets, QR codes, reservation tools, payments and integrations all stop on that date, and new signups are already closed.

Will my menus and customer data survive?

Only if you export them before the shutdown — Oracle has confirmed nothing is retained afterwards. Export now, even if you haven’t picked a new platform yet. If you switch to CloudOrders, we import everything as part of the free migration.

Is CloudOrders really free like GloriaFood was?

Your online ordering is free forever — unlimited orders and 0% commission, just like GloriaFood. Dine-in QR, reservations, POS, kitchen screens, loyalty and multi-location are optional add-ons you can turn on when you need them. On the free plan, the only charge is standard card processing when a customer pays online.

What happens to my ordering links and QR codes?

Links on your website, Google Business profile and social bios get pointed at your new storefront — a five-minute job we walk you through. Table QR codes are regenerated and reprinted (we supply print-ready files).

Do you actually do the migration for me?
