How does billing work?

You pay one monthly invoice: the flat fee times your active stores. Your clients pay you whatever you charge them — we never bill your clients directly.

Will my clients ever see CloudOrders?

No. Dashboards, storefronts, receipts and notification emails all carry your brand on your domain.

Who owns the client relationship and data?

You do. Clients sign up with you, pay you and talk to you. Their data is exportable by you at any time.
