Is it really free? What’s the catch?

The platform is free forever with unlimited orders — there’s no premium tier hiding the good features. Our revenue is a small processing fee on online payments (indicatively 1.9% + 30¢). If your customers pay cash or at the counter, we earn nothing on those orders.

How is this different from delivery apps?

Marketplaces charge 13–35% commission and keep the customer relationship. CloudOrders is your own branded ordering system — 0% commission, your domain, your customer list, and it also runs your tables, bookings, register and kitchen.

Do I need new hardware?

No. The ordering site, QR ordering and dashboard run in any browser. The POS and kitchen display run on iPads, Android tablets or any computer, and pair with standard thermal receipt printers.

Can customers order for pickup and delivery?

Yes — pickup, delivery with your own zones and fees, dine-in via QR, and scheduled orders for later. Delivery can also dispatch on-demand Uber Direct couriers with live tracking.

How long does setup take?

Most venues are live within a day. Import your menu from a spreadsheet, drop your logo and colours onto the storefront, print your QR codes and start taking orders.
